Description
The Central Okanagan Food Bank provides support to an average of 5,500 individuals each month, 34% of whom are children and youth.
Kids who eat breakfast tend to eat healthier overall and are more likely to be physically active. Skipping breakfast, on the other hand, can make kids feel tired, restless, or irritable.
In the morning, our bodies need to refuel for the day ahead. Please help the Central Okanagan Food Bank feed the need by providing breakfast for a local family.
