<p>Anyone seeking or receiving funds on behalf of COFB - whether volunteer, employee, or third party - must:</p><ul><li>Act with fairness, integrity, and in accordance with all applicable laws</li><li>Immediately cease contact with any prospective donor who requests not to be contacted</li><li>Immediately disclose to COFB any actual or apparent conflict of interest or loyalty</li><li>Not accept donations for purposes inconsistent with COFB's Purpose, Vision, or Values</li><li>Secure and safeguard all confidential donor information, including credit card details</li></ul><p>If your event involves fundraising for the Central Okanagan Food Bank (COFB), you agree to:</p><ul><li>Be truthful and not make claims that are misleading or cannot be upheld</li><li>Accurately describe COFB's activities and purposes</li><li>Disclose COFB's name as the beneficiary of funds raised</li><li>Disclose COFB's policy on issuing official income tax receipts (available upon request from COFB)</li><li>Disclose, upon request, your relation to the Central Okanagan Food Bank as a third-party organizer</li></ul>
