  1. Good Afternoon,

I have purchased balls for the drop, im just wondering if we are told what numbers we have before hand?

    1. Hi Jamie,

Yes, you should receive a separate email that contains your Ball Number. Often it can end up in the Junk or Spam folder, so please be on the lookout. I did re-send your tickets just in case, so please let us know if you’re still missing them.

Rest assured, even if you lose your ticket email, we will contact the winners by phone number – and if necessary, by email – to ensure they can collect their winnings. Thanks for your support!
